Ingredients
- Chocolate cookie pie crust: Any chocolate pie crust will do
- Dairy-free cool whip:
- Dairy-free ice cream: Choose which flavors you like. We like to mix two flavors together, such as peanut butter with banana caramel.
Instructions
Prep the ice cream. Let the ice cream and cool whip sit out until they’re softened enough for easy mixing. This takes about 15-20 minutes.
Mix ice cream and cool whip. In a large bowl, mix the dairy-free cool whip and dairy-free ice cream together until creamy and smooth.


Pour the mixture into the pie crust and cover.

Freeze. Put into the freezer for at least a couple hours. Overnight is ideal.
Add toppings of choice, such as brownie crumbles, sprinkles, fresh fruit, etc.


Expert Tips
- Run your knife under hot water before slicing the dairy free ice cream pie. This will make cutting much easier and cleaner. Keep dipping your knife in water between slices.
