Ingredients: 

8 cups of water

4 tablespoons of dried elderflower

1 teaspoon of honey (optional) 

Instructions: 

1. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a pot. 

2. Remove the pot from the heat and add the dried elderflower. 

3. Cover the pot and let steep for 10 minutes. 

4. Strain the tea through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. 

5. Add honey to taste, if desired.
